The service
PlugSphere provides charging-location information, estimation tools, route-planning support and editorial content. It is an information service, not a charging-network operator, electricity supplier, vehicle manufacturer, emergency service or turn-by-turn navigation provider.
Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Availability in one country or language does not guarantee that every feature, station or legal notice is available there.
Verify information before relying on it
- Station location, status, opening hours, access, connector, power, price and payment information may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
- Cost and charging-time results are estimates affected by tariffs, taxes, fees, losses, temperature, battery condition, vehicle limits, charger sharing and charging taper.
- Route results estimate energy and candidate stops; they are not turn-by-turn directions and cannot guarantee charger availability or safe arrival.
- Always follow the vehicle and charger instructions, road rules, signage and safety warnings. Confirm important details with the station operator and use a current navigation service.
Acceptable use
You may use the public service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or access data or systems without permission.
- Use automated requests, scraping or extraction at a rate that harms the service or violates a provider licence or technical restriction.
- Misrepresent PlugSphere content, remove notices, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or dangerous activity.
- Use estimates as a substitute for professional, safety-critical, emergency, legal, tax or financial advice.
Intellectual property and data rights
The PlugSphere design, original text, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A limited, revocable, non-transferable right is granted to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Charging, map and other third-party data remain subject to the rights and licences of their providers. OpenStreetMap, CARTO, Open Charge Map, charging networks and other marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link, station listing or reference does not mean PlugSphere endorses, controls or guarantees that third party. Dealings with a charger, advertiser, affiliate merchant or other provider are between you and that provider.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure or suitable for a particular journey or vehicle. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits or data, or loss arising from unavailable chargers, inaccurate data, route decisions or third-party conduct. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the applicable law permits.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes, disputes and applicable law
The current version is identified by the date above. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms where the law permits that approach.
Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your place of residence continue to apply. The operator has not published a governing-law clause until its verified legal identity and jurisdiction are listed on the Contact page.
