Accessibility Statement

PlugSphere aims to make its station finder, tools and guidance usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

Our approach

  • Use semantic headings, labels, landmarks and keyboard-operable controls where the interface supports them.
  • Maintain readable contrast, visible focus states and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text zoom.
  • Provide text explanations for calculator results and station details rather than relying only on colour or imagery.
  • Respect reduced-motion preferences and avoid replaying the opening animation throughout a browsing session.
  • Keep privacy choices available through labelled buttons and an accessible preferences dialog.

Known limitations

Interactive maps can be harder to use with some assistive technology. PlugSphere is working toward clearer non-map alternatives and more complete station detail views. Third-party map tiles, embedded vendor interfaces and source documents may have accessibility limitations outside PlugSphere’s control.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time certification. This statement does not claim conformance with a particular standard unless a documented audit supports that claim.

Accessibility feedback

If a page or task is difficult to use, contact the service operator with the URL, the control or content involved, the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or outcome you need.
